Important Things to know before you return an item:
Your end product will taste different than what the terpene profile smells like in the bottle.
Our products are formulated to smell and taste great as a final product when mixed with other ingredients and used at a specific temperature. They are not perfumes, they will not smell good at room temperatures or in the bottle. They were not created that way, it is normal, trust the process. A decade of business, millions of happy clients and thriving multi billion dollar terpene based industry prove that the way these profile are created work!
No terpene profile from any company smells/tastes exactly like the strain.
Terpenes are only one component of a complex plant, and are only one component of what makes a plant smell and tastes like it does. All terpene profiles are close approximations. Even terpenes directly from that exact plant only make up some of its aromatic profile. Please have a realistic expectation when producing your product, and remember that massively successful companies use these exact same profiles the exact same way with great success.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. We offer a single time exchange for an unused item in the original packaging with receipt, if the item
received for the exchange is deemed unacceptable by the customer we will issue a refund once the exchanged item has been returned
in accordance with the return/refund policy below.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT!
BEFORE YOU INITIATING A RETURN, YOU MUST CALL 80-KUSHBUD-0 AND NOTIFY A STAFF MEMBER YOU ARE REQUESTING A RETURN.
We will provide you with a shipping address to ship back your merchandise for exchange or return.
You are responsible to make sure your item is received by MrExtractor.com by shipping with a required “signature upon delivery”,
and proof of this signature is required for return.
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
